3.5 miles yesterday, focused on hills. Ran the big 'un at the north end of the Park, one that I used to hit 4x a few years ago, wheezing after one loop. Need to run earlier (hence cooler) and build up to it.
6 miles today, slow and easy. Big run in the park, ran against the crowd. I never know which way I'm supposed to run if I'm not participating.
