Back in New York, planted for the next week with not a lot going on at work. Two days of dour weekend runs, hampered by heat, hormones, lack of consistent runs, and sad diet conditions. My once proud, relatively tight ass is rapidly devolving into some mushy, unrecognizable thing. A few days running that wicked hill at the north end of the park should help pick things up.
Scheduled for the half next weekend, not sure if I'm up for it. I can at least start it...
