I think it's the ultimate sign of my impatience that I want to kick of my New Year's resolutions early. For the past 4 years, instead of doing traditional resolutions, I resolve to start one good habit and quit one bad habit each year. I've tried to stick to what reasonable things - exercise at least 2 days a week. Stop saying the F word. Take one class that makes me think. This year my bad habit to quit is keeping toxic friends. My good habit, more noble, and I think harder to keep, is to be better to the friends I love. And if I love someone, tell them. And don't hold so many grudges, just let it go.
I've got to get the eating thing under control too.
No reason the new year can't start now. Peace out babies.
